Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
  • Withdrawal from a course or program within the approved timeline.
  • Course cancellation by the university.
  • Overpayment of fees
  • Exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, subject to university approval.
  • The payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  • There was a technical issue that prevented access to the product/service.
  • The request is made within the specified refund period.
3. Refund Schedule
Refunds for tuition fees are processed based on the following schedule:
  • Before the start of the semester: 100% refund, minus administrative fees
  • After the commencement of the semester: No refund
Other fees, such as registration, examination, and laboratory fees, may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4. Refund Process
  • Students must submit a formal refund request through the universitys designated office as per universitys process flow.
  • Supporting documentation may be required depending on the reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 07 working days from the date of approval
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
5. Exceptional Circumstance
  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies, bereavement, or other significant hardships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Students must provide relevant documentation to support their claims.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Application and admission fees.

  • Fees for services already rendered (e.g., hostel, transportation, library access)
